Get to know your Residential Interior Designer JulieAnna Reinhardt

From professional kitchens with all the bells and whistles for flawless entertaining, to intimate spa baths to escape the day, JulieAnna’s interior design inspiration and commitment to understanding her clients and their needs is the key to her success. Throughout the design process, JulieAnna sets the standard in her outgoing and personable approach to design. The initial interior design meeting is set at the client’s home, allowing JulieAnna to get to know her clients through the form and function of their existing space. This helps her tune in to the client’s wants and dreams for the potential of their home and is the foundation of the entire process. At the end of this initial meeting, JulieAnna will take measurements and create a totally personalized budget to present to the clients.  Taking the time to write a personalized budget and proposal tailored to the client's space, alleviates much of the need for unexpected change orders down the road. 

Along with the personalized proposal, JulieAnna will share ideas and thoughts to help visualize her interior design inspiration and customized to the ideas that were exchanged at the initial meeting, giving her clients a better sense of her creative plan. Once an agreement is made on the scope of the project, the contract will be signed.

Once the contract is finalized, the fun begins! The clients are invited to meet JulieAnna at her beautiful Denver area showrooms to explore everything from cabinetry & appliances, to countertops, flooring & finishes. At these selections meetings, JulieAnna and her team will explore colors and textures for the materials that can be used in the project, while always keeping the budget in mind. JulieAnna will explore what looks and designs inspire her clients thus helping her to dial in her interior design inspiration to meet her client’s needs. 

If space planning is part of the project, AutoCAD renderings will be developed for the design through Chief Architect to help the clients visualize the layout of their new space. 

After all selections have been made, and the materials ordered, JulieAnna will work with her construction team to set the construction timeline. JulieAnna will oversee all construction, passively working hand and hand with her team allowing them to do what they do best, but at the same time ensuring a seamless process. JulieAnna will make herself available to her clients for any questions that may arise and will be on hand for all construction walks and final walkthroughs at the project's completion.
