Owned and operated by General Contractor Abraham Harari, ALH has an all in-house construction team. This means that the crew that starts the job, is the crew that completes the job, and the team is dedicated to that project throughout its entire process. This also means that JulieAnna has a relationship with the crews, knowing their qualities and their strengths. And even more so the crews know JulieAnna’s high standards for the quality of the installation and the quality of the entire client experience! ALH also has in-house experts in engineering and architecture for new builds, additions, and structural changes. And ALH is fully licensed, bonded, and insured up to 6 million dollars, to ensure coverage for almost any size home.
With ALH as her preferred construction partner, JulieAnna oversees the entire construction process passively working hand and hand with her construction and installation team, allowing them to do what they do best, but at the same time ensuring a seamless process.
